OpenQA Osmose reports have invisible markers

Description
OpenQA version is 116.
I try to do:
- Enable Osmose item 0, "overlapping building."
- Download an area with Osmose issues.
- Select Data → OpenQA layer.
- Look for Osmose issue: there is none.
The Osmose API returns the issues, but OpenQA does not draw a visible marker. I notice OpenQA requests
https://osmose.openstreetmap.fr/images/markers/marker-b-0.png
That address returns HTTP 404. ImageIO.read returns null, and OsmoseInformation.realGetIcon creates a blank icon.
I would like OpenQA shows a visible fallback icon when the Osmose marker image is unavailable.
Thanks

Why do you report that here? That's the JOSM bug tracker. Sometimes you will be directed here when rules files are affected which are developed in JOSM code, but what you describe isn't in the JOSM rules files.
