I try to do:
1. Enable Osmose item 0, ""overlapping building.""
2. Download an area with Osmose issues.
3. Select Data → OpenQA layer.
4. Look for Osmose issue: there is none.

The Osmose API returns the issues, but OpenQA does not draw a visible marker. I notice OpenQA requests 
https://osmose.openstreetmap.fr/images/markers/marker-b-0.png

That address returns HTTP 404. ImageIO.read returns null, and OsmoseInformation.realGetIcon creates a blank icon.

I would like OpenQA shows a visible fallback icon when the Osmose marker image is unavailable.
