Change JOSM behaviour regarding educational institutions

Reported by: cdavila Owned by: team

Description

In 2025 a proposal was approved to tag educational institutions as education=* instead of amenity=*. You can see it at https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposal:Education_tag
However, JOSM presets still tag educational institutions as amenities. Could you consider updating this behaviour?
