'search presets' dialog is at unreachable position on screen in mulit display setup

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. I use JOSM on a windows notebook with three different multi display setups at three different locations. One of the display is an extra wide dell display. When i change the locations i use the 'suspense to disk' function and JOSM is still running.
2. After changing the location some dialogs are on "suprising" positions on one of the screens.
3. To "reset" the dialog positions i open the 'preference dialog, select 'Advanced Preferences', search for 'geometry' and reset all entries that are marked yellow.
4. After this most of the main dialogs are now placed in the center of the JOSM main frame.
5. But the 'search presets' dialog (F3) is special. The position of this dialog was not reset.
6. Sometimes this dialog is fully unvisible because it's located fully outside the screens. i can not change the position with the mouse. When i press the keys 'Alt-Space' the window dialog of the dialog (Reset, move, resize, minimize, maximize, close) is opened at the border of the screen. But maximize is grayed so i can not change the size or position of the dialog. When i close the dialog with ESC or 'Alt-F4' i can use JOSM normally.

What is the expected result?

The 'search preset' should behave like most of the important dialogs (search, download, relation editor, preferences, etc.). There should be a 'property entry' which i can reset.

What happens instead?

I must restart JOSM.
