today at school we had 9 windows (W7) machines attached to the linux wifi server, none had been ever used before for josm, all windows machines had a freshly copied josm-tested.jar (6238), all configured for using the proxy.

of all the machines, only one was showing a partial list of imagery sources, most lists were empty. we also had one linux box running ubuntu 13.04 using the wifi and proxy, and this one had a complete list (but this machine had been often used with josm).

any hints?
