9224	Pasting tags broken	scai	team	The pasting of tags is broken in the latest JOSM (6320). For example copying and pasting the tags from a node to another doesn't paste the actual tags, but instead something like ''node=1234'' (yes, this gets pasted as a ''key=value''!) whereas ''1234'' is the ID of the previously copied object.
