9050	Error loading bing attribution data	madnag4u	team	"Sometimes when opening JOSM v6115 in Windows, the statement ""Error loading bing attribution data"" is shown in the lower right corner. Then, new tiles stop getting loaded and instead, the message ""Error: Attribution not loaded yet"" is shown in the tiles' location. 

This happens pretty randomly and usually gets sorted within a day or two. In the same time frame, I am able to load the Bing imagery in JOSM v6115 in Ubuntu without any issues. "	defect	closed	normal		Core		duplicate
