8988	Support the new #map=zoom/lat/lon URL schema for osm.org	RicoElectrico	team	On the osm.org website, there was a change of how permalinks are generated. Now they are in anchor so that the URL points to the current map view in real time (without reloading). The side effect is it broke compatibility with JOSM's download dialog in the Bounding Box tab.
