it says
  timespan ::= [ dayspanlist "" "" ] daytimespanlist
but NetzWolf wrote in a blog post recently that we need a : between dayspanlist and daytimespanlist
So it should be:
  timespan ::= [ dayspanlist "": "" ] daytimespanlist
