8957	New combo for bicycle in preset for Dedicated Footway	kendzi	team	"Foot ways tagged with highway=footway are very often mixed with access for bicycle. It can be checked via taginfo (1) that it is one of most frequently used combination. Please consider to add combo to footway preset witch allow to select type of bicycle access. Without this option there are some confusion for new users (2).
