8899	josm stores cache-files on wrong place	anonymous	team	"Josm stores WMS tiles in the wrong place. I find the tiles under: c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\JOSM\cache\wms\. In my opinion these should be under c:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\.
Perhaps it would be possible to use the settings of TMS tile storage directory?
