Instead of using Java 7 from Oracle, JOSM on Mac OS X uses Java 6 from Apple.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open JOSM.app on Mac OS X by double-clicking on it (don't use the command line or java -jar)
2. In the JOSM menu, choose About JOSM

Expected Results:

The java version should be 1.7.something

Actual Results:

JOSM runs under Java 1.6.something

Regression:

JOSM launches under Java 7 when it is launched manually, for example with java -jar josm-tested.jar
