8338	Color option for GPX tracks	naoliv	team	"Is it possible to have a way to define a color for all GPX tracks loaded in JOSM, please?

Right now I see:

* Single color (can be customized for named layers)
* Velocity
* Direction
* Dilution of position
* Track date

With the first option selected I can customize all download GPX data with an unique color (using a named layer), I can customize individual GPXs (by defining one ""Layer: trackname.gpx"" and a color) but I couldn't find a way to define a color for all GPX tracks (so if open 10 GPX files I won't need to create one named layer for each one).

I also couldn't find a way to edit nor create named layers in Preferences → Display settings → Colors (we have only: ""Choose"", ""Set to default"", ""Set all to default"" and ""Remove""."	enhancement	closed	minor		Core	latest	worksforme
