8332	Better selection for overlapping ways	!i!	team	"Hi, currently it's pretty hard to get select ways, if they are overlapping. Think about a road going through the landscape and tagged fields areas left and right, that share the same nodes as the road. Now it becomes very tricky to select the road way again, for example if you want to change it's tags. Even if moving the mouse and hovering already tries to assist on getting the desired selection, currently you need to make use of the selection-wind and use a bbox selection to find what you desire :/

My suggestion is to allow a shortcut (e.g. ALT-key) to iterate through the ways, that share the line you are clicking on. So 1st click selects the very first top, next one selects another one etc..."	enhancement	closed	normal		Core		worksforme
