8282	Menu Presets (de: Vorlagen) is permanently disabled	werner.beckmann@…	team	"Even in the latest JOSM version the preset menu is disabled. I cannot change this, I've tried: 
* deleting .josm directory
* using installed version instead of jnlp
* directly downloading defaultpresets.xml from svn and linking the internal preset template (in the preferences editor) to that file: results in an error
* deleting all temporary Java files
