8134	Plugin list not updating	rickmastfan67	team	"Just happened to notice this.  I'm currently running r5537 and I can't see to update to the current version of the ""Reverter"" plugin which was recently built in [o28821].  However, my copy of JOSM keeps saying that [o28656] is the latest.

I've tried to delete the cached version of the plugin list so that JOSM could download a new one, but it does help fix this.  I remember something similar happened recently to the plugin list, but I'm not sure it's the same problem this time.  That was #8001.

So, hopefully you will be able to figure out what's happening here.
