7656	Save and open working sets	Frog23	team	"It would be helpful to be able to save all layers with their individual configuration (is a layer visible, is it active?) into one ""working set"" file. Later on this file can opened and one would have all the layers as they were. Currently each layer can only be saved individually. 

So if one is working on a complex task, with several data layers from various sources, traces, different background image layers and layers from different plugins (like PicLayer), and one wants to close JOSM and continue working later on, it is quite a hassle to save all the data layers (don't forget to export the calibration file of PicLayer) and when restarting JOSM open all the individual layers again, restoring their order and settings, turning the background image layers back on etc. "	enhancement	closed	normal		Core		duplicate	layers export working-set	frog23@…
