 1. Loaded an gpx track including photo- and mp3-links 
 2. Hidden all sidebars
 3. Just opened the relations-sidebar
 3. Tried to drag a selection border. Did not see anything
 4. Activated OSM (Mapnik) background
 5. Tried to drag the selection border again
 6. Error on start of the dragging process

What is the expected result?
 A selection border

What happens instead?
 You name it
