 1. Open JOSM with PicLayer enabled
 2. Click PicLayer -> New Layer from file (""Neue Bildebene aus einer Datei..."")
 3. Select an image and click ""Open"" -> Error!

What is the expected result?
Image should be inserted.

What happens instead?
Error message.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Regardless of whether I already have a calibration file for that image or not.
