6558	When installing fresh copy of JOSM, and un-selecting all plugins to install, JOSM still thinks you installed them	rickmastfan67	team	"Just installed a fresh copy of JOSM (r4201) on my Windows 7 x86 netbook.  When installing it, I unselected all three plugins (openstreetbugs, turnrestrictions, WMS) that were offered to me, but left everything else checked to install.

So, I go to start JOSM and got showed a message that JOSM couldn't find ""openstreetbugs"" and ""turnrestrictions"", even though I told the installer not to install them.

So, for some odd reason, the installer isn't passing that info along that I didn't install them.
