6410	[patch] Improve popup menu when editing relation membership	bilbo	team	When editing tags of given object that is part of some relation, there are clickable references to relations containing the object. The patch adds two useful items into that popup menu: select members (to select all members of relation) and download incomplete members (of that relation), so these functions are available without need to either open relation list or select the relation first and then invoke it from selection list.	enhancement	closed	normal		Core	latest	fixed
