640	locale issue with keys using comma/dot in values of preferences file (lakewalker)	enail@…	framm	"In german or turkish systems the comma is used as number separator. For successfully being able to use the lakewalker plugin I have to fullfill certain prerequisits:

* under windows I have to manually edit the preferences file to change the three lakewalker keys from comma to dot before starting josm

* under linux I have to export LANG=""en_US.UTF8""
