610	crash in download idalog	anonymous	framm	"I loaded an osm file (which loaded correctly many times before) and then clicked on ""download"" button and got this exception. Note: cpu was on load due to some background processes, so the program was very slow (since most of CPU cycles got eaten by another program) - could there be some race condition?
