5424	No plugins	anonymous	anonymous	"After installing the latest version (3514) I get the message, that JOSM couldn`t find information of the installed plugins openstreetbugs;remotecontrol;validator;wmsplugin when starting JOSM.
Also it's not possible to install further plugins. Before installing the latest version, JOSM worked fine (except that bug with the installation of new plugins #5373).
