5420	Piclayer  does not allow image calibration using coordinates	bilbo	team	"I have image, which have corners with precise geographic coordinates (the image is square, starting and ending at given lat/lon), however piclayer does not allow me to enter this data to position the image. I instead have tools to move and scale image (and rotate), and it is basically impossible to align the image properly using just these tools.
