JOSM since 6 or more weeks ago

every action on my dualsceen/CPU system takes a break up to five seconds with CPU-Load 100 percent on one CPU-Core.

this happens only on the dualscreen, not on a slower Laptop, same OS, 64bit, Nvidia-graphic 8600GT M.

there are no messages, if i start JOSM on a console. What can i do to get more infos???
