I always open the file when I open JOSM.  So it would be nice if there was a recently open files menu item that I could just select it from the list.   

Also I update the file via script as I'm processing, or downloading new tile sets.  It would be nice to have a feature to right click on the layer/file and reload it from disk."	enhancement	new	normal		Core	tested			AM909
