Steps to reproduce:
 - create a multipolygon, tag it landuse=forest
 - create a filter to show only landuse=forest
 - the multiploygon is not shown / is disabled (depending on Hide elements setting)

Expected behavior:
 - all members of relations, matching the filter are shown and are editable.
