Steps to reproduce:
 - create a road
 - add a amenity=parking next to the road, the node now shows parking icon
 - create filter to disable amenity=*
 - the parking icon is drawn over the road and obscures the road line (if not, zoom out a bit)

Expected behavior:
 - the road line is drawn over the parking icon, making road line  clearly visible
