5057	JOSM crash during opening plugin-dialog in settings	anonymous	team	"What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1. delete all files in C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\Jürgen\Anwendungsdaten\JOSM\plugins
 2. open JOSM, open plug-in dialog in settings, load list -> JOSM crash
 3. site-josm.openstreetmap.de-_wiki_Plugins.txt is stored in directory above (looks like very well)

works fine on a other PC with other Account;
the same error with different versions in the last few days

Perhaps there is a problem while parsing the list with the ""ü"" in the directory path

When starting the JOSM again the following error appear:
