4957	Feature to select inside polygon.	MikeyCarter	team	"When loading CanVec XML files it creates a mess of multi-polygons.   In some cases I have an area of +8000 points as an outer and about +150 objects in the centre.  At the moment I have to click each object in the middle one at a time so I can copy the attributes to the outer object (which has no attributes), create the multi-polygon and then remove the nature, landuse or other key elements from the inner objects.
