487	Inconsistency of plugin versions	tino@…	framm	"There are some problems with the versions of some plugins.I've installed the latest versions of validator/mappaint/wmsplugin.

Now in the About/Plugins dialog the plugins report following version numbers:

* validator: 5247

* wmsplugin: 3.0

* mappaint: 5207



In the Options/Plugins dialog they are listet with:

* validator: 5284

* wms 3.0

* mappaint: 5024
