I am using JOSM version 3094.

In the relation editor, clicking on the ""name"" field several times will replace ""name"" by ""name:botanical"".
You can experiment on relation id 8646 for example.

Once this ""name:botanical"" is uploaded, I could not find how to revert back with JOSM.
