4757	"Unable to ""close"" (remove) already closed changeset from list of open changesets"	bilbo	team	"When you try to upload to a closed changeset, JOSM will detect this and remove that changeset from list of open changesets (so it will no longer offer that changeset as open and available for uploading).

But if you press upload, then go to ""Changesets"" tag, pick a changeset that have been closed in the meantime due to hour inactivity (but JOSM does not know it yet) and then you press ""Close curently selected changeset"", you get ""Failed to upload to changeset X because it has already been closed on Y"" message.

But after that, because closing the changeset failed, it is still present in JOSM as open changeset. I think JOSM should treat that changeset as closed after receiving this error when closing the changeset (and just remove it from internal list of opened changesets).
