4656	[Patch] Building inside Building	anonymous	team	I would like the validator to recognize buildings inside buildings. The import I am working on have done this at several occations, and browsing up all instances to create multipolygons are coumbersome. I use the validator actively to reduce the number of errors in the dataset, and recognizing these buildings in buildings is just one of many things that this validator should be able to do.	enhancement	closed	normal		Core validator		fixed
