460	Remove split member of relation throws an error	anonymous	framm	"
I got this exception when editing a relation.

The steps as I remember them were:

1. make a relation
1. add a way to the relation using the ""add selected"" button
1. split the way
1. try to remove the way from the relation using the ""delete"" button

Note that I never clicked OK on the relation editor -- I'm guessing this causes something to go out of sync.
