4211	Error when switching up layers	atgnclk@…	team	"When changing josm layers order or switching some of them into active/inactive or making some visible/invisible I get the standart err message with no opportunity to upload edited data directly on the server, although still have the way of saving it into an osm file and exiting the application.
The err message appears after trying to draw a new line or selecting an existed one with data layer active.

I guess the problem may be caused by piclayer plugin I used for adding some more layers.
