4206	Download corridor surrounding GPS track	osm@…	team	"After collecting traces relating to a linear corridor (eg. back and forth along a tram line), it would be useful to have JOSM download a ""corridor"" (+/-100 metres) either side of the GPS track(s).

JOSM could implement this by trying to download areas of ~eg. 50,000 sq-metres;  long-thin (100 metres * 500 metres) where the track is running north-south, or east-west. and tending towards a square patch based on the angle of the track.

At the moment, I tend to do the above manually by changing the size of the JOSM viewport and downloading a sequence of varying-ratio bounding boxes---but it would be preferable to have this done automatically."	enhancement	closed	minor		Core		worksforme
