3891	Date format used by trac on the josm.openstreetmap.de website	Polarbear	team	"While I found preferences http://josm.openstreetmap.de/prefs to configure my timezone, I cannot change the format for displaying the date in trac.

I have some difficulties with the format 11/10/09 since it gives no hint whether the US or UK format is being used, in particular on the first 12 days of each month. Also, I am allergic to 2-digit years for reasons that happened 9 years ago. 

I propose to change the format to either ISO notation 2009-11-10 or to have a textual string for the month, 10 Nov 2009.
