384	Untagged ways display differnetly. (+ ones marked with created_by or FIXME)	Ben	imi	"Quite a few people have also said this, I hope I havn't missed seeing another ticket on it.  But could there be an option to change the display colour for untagged ways or ways marked with common automatic tags such as 'created_by' or 'fixme'.  Now everything is blue, and inposible to work with quickly and efficently.  I really think this is critical!
