3661	Longitude is sometimes erroneously made negative in changeset bounding box	gregoryw	team	"Unfortunately I haven't got much useful information on the conditions under which this occurs, but here's the bug report anyway.

I've noticed that one of the longitudes of the changeset's bounding box is negative when all of the edits performed are in the eastern hemisphere.

Here's a couple of changesets that this has occurred on:

Interestingly my changeset in between these two:

was made from the same JOSM session, but doesn't suffer the -ve longitude issue.
