3410	Size of new upload dialog	anonymous	team	"The default size of the new upload dialog is quite small - so small, that only one element of each group add, modify, delete) is seen at once. 

While you can resize it, there are two caveats:
* New size is not remembered and next time the dialog is invoked, it is small again.
* If you resize the dialog to about 150% of original width and then start resizing the dialog by dragging the lower bottom to increase height, the lower parts in middle of the resizing suddenly resizes to be too big. See the attached screenshot.

I suggest the size should be remembered and that resizing bug to be fixed."	defect	closed	normal		Core	latest	fixed
