3154	readd relation member selection feature	phobie	team	"Before the rewrite of the relation editor the following very useful feature was present:

 * Select a way which is member of a relation on the main window
 * Doubleclick the relation in the ""Properties/Memberships"" windows
 * The relation editor popped up and the corresponding member had been selected

This was a very easy way to edit the rules of the relations of a selected way.

Currently I have to open the relation editor and search for the corresponding member to the selected way, to edit its rule...
