I have things set to quite a high zoom; and as I run out of streets to go into the bus route as I pan along it, I am downloading the next section in the direction of the route. If this download happens to bring in an existing relation which is presented higher up the list of relations in the Relations panel (e.g. a mutipolygon in the new area), the selected relation in that box remains the Nth one on the list, not the one I was editing. It is then very easy to not notice this and so select the next way, hit Edit (in the relations panel) and Add Selected to the relation - which is now the wrong one.

When a download introduces new relations the selected item should remain the one originally selected, or (less helpfully, but fail safe) all relations should be deselected in the panel."	defect	closed	minor		Core		fixed
