2847	[patch] extented action to create circles	Landwirt	team	"I found that creating circles by selecting 3 nodes not intuitive enough, so I added another way. By selecting 2 nodes the action will use them for the diameter to create a new circle with exact ""createcircle.nodecount"" nodes.
This should make editing easier as it needs only the end nodes of two roads to create a perfect roundabout or the diameter to create towers or oil tanks.
