2632	last plugin update dialogue can't be brought to front on Windows XP	Daveemtb	team	"When I start JOSM there is the dialogue warning me about when I last updated JOSM. In Windows XP, if I switch to another application while waiting for JOSM to load (I almost always do this) then I can't switch back to JOSM. The only way to access the dialogue box is to minmize everything opened since. For ages I thought that it was crashing on opening, as alt+tab or clicking on the task bar button didn't bring the dialogue to the front. I'm using a shortcut to %windir%\system32\java.exe -jar -Xmx580M ""C:\Program Files\josm\josm-tested.jar"" to launch JOSM which means that I have two JOSM task bar buttons - one for the app and one for the console.
