2500	generating a data layer from a gpx: wrong osm version	p-h.theunissen@…	team	when generating a osm from a gpx layer, and saving the file, josm can not parse the resulting osm file . The osm version is set to 0 in the file. when adjusted manually in the file w/ an editor to 0.5, the file parses ok. would be nice if josm could directly set the version ok to avoid this manual fixing of the osm file.	defect	closed	major		Core		worksforme
