How to reproduce:

1. Select a way with many nodes.
2. Drag it a significant distance
3. The ""Move elements"" dialogue pops up, since the nodes were moved a significant distance. Press ""Undo move""

Expected result:
The move is undone. No further dialoges

Instead:
The ""move elements"" dialogue pops up again, asking me to confirm that I want to move more than 20 elements. Again.
