2474	Provide scrolling drop down menus	ruy1802@…	team	"I got a 10"" notebook and it is a fight to map landusings with JOSM because I have to change the display resolution every time I want to select a template from the menu.

Maybe its easily possible to add scrolling capabilities to the drop down menu.
