I am new to OSM and JOSM. I am unable to use JOSM, get an access token, or download a map. The errors I am getting are ""Error initializing test ApiCapabilitiesTest..."" and ""Network errors occurred"". I will attach photos. I went into the settings and clicked on ""Authorize now"" to get an Access Token but it takes me to a web page that can't be found. I have stable internet and I turned off my VPN."	defect	new	normal		Core
